1-Hour Minimum Call-Out
All commercial service visits are subject to a one-hour minimum. This ensures our team can fully assess and begin addressing your system needs without rush.
Travel & Mobilization Fees
For properties outside Calgary city limits, a travel or mobilization environmental fee may apply "Commercial Properties" This covers time, fuel, and logistics required to bring our crew and equipment to your site.
Parts & Materials Billed Separately
Replacement parts like heads, valves, and controllers are not included in the hourly service rate. Any materials required will be quoted and billed in addition to labour.
Seasonal Service Contracts
Ongoing commercial clients can benefit from discounted rates with a seasonal or monthly service agreement. These contracts ensure priority scheduling and consistent system care.
Our process is simple. After service is requested, we book you in and that’s it. Whether it’s a startup or shutdown, we handle it with zero hassle. Most of the time you won’t even notice we were there. If there are any issues with the system or nozzles, we’ll let you know.
